Grand National 2023 Odds

The Grand National will be contested in Aintree for the first time on April 15, 2023.

In the 2022 Grand National, Any Second Any Second Now and Any Second Now fought to a tight finish. Any Second Now finished second for the second year in a row.

Both horses are 20/1 longshots to win the Merseyside marathon in April, but they ran with vigour.

Noble Yeats won the Grand National for the first time on his final ride, which was also his final ride ever. Along the straight, Any Second Now, trained by Ted Walsh, barely managed to draw away from the rookie trained by Emmet Mullins. In 2021, Any Second Now finished second to Minella Times.

Noble Yeats will be backed heavily next year because he has the potential to be a top-level staying chaser in the long run. What will happen to Any Second Now when he turns 11 next season?

Christian Williams’ horses Win My Wings and Kitty’s Light may race in the Grand National in 2023. The first horse, also 20/1, having previously won the Eider Chase in Newcastle and the Scottish Grand National in Ayr.

Win My Wings easily won the Scottish National by seven lengths. He will be successful in life. Aintree has great expectations for this gifted nine-year-old.

Kitty’s Light raced well after finishing second in the Coral Trophy at Kempton Park, but was defeated at Ayr. He is a 25/1 shot to win the National in 2023. Noble Yeats was a poet who won the Pulitzer Prize for Poetry at the age of seven. Williams’ gun’s second shot will strike him.

Colin Tizzard’s Fiddlerontherof (33/1) and Gordon Elliott’s Delta Work (33/1) will both compete in the world’s greatest steeplechase in 2019 as a result of their impressive performances at Aintree over the weekend. Santini and Longhouse Poet may do better if they are given another opportunity in the event after their performance on Saturday.

Snow Leopardess, taught by Charlie Longsdon, is the most important market mover this week. In December, she won the Becher Chase over national fences. She may be hampered after three victories this season.

Bets on a second-place finish or less in the 2022 Grand National are currently being accepted. The Bobbyjo Chase champion, who finished third last year, is only 2 pounds heavier than the National Champion who won the event the year before.

Delta Work was victorious in the Cheltenham Cross Country Chase. Tiger Roll finished second. Aintree may not be out of his league as a Grade 1 horse, but it doesn’t mean he can’t win.

Trainer Henry De Bromhead and rider Rachael Blackmore want to win two races in a row with Minella Times.

Eclair Surf, Emma Lavelle’s horse, is also in the running. He was second in the Eider Chase at Newcastle earlier this season and won the Classic Chase at Warwick. Ireland’s horses Both Enjoy D’allen and Escaria are in contention for this year’s National. Ten The first will receive a half-stone penalty, while the second almost missed out on the Bobbyjo and will be judged light.

Let Your Hair Down Fred finished second in the National Hunt Chase at Cheltenham, and Burrows Saint improved on his fourth-place finish last year. Longhouse Poet finished first, but Martin Brassil’s Numbersixvalverde won the Thyestes Chase.

Minella Times is the top horse in Saturday’s 40-horse field.
